**ISMMART Group of Industries is seeking a Deputy Director of Finance who can handle our Finance department's smooth flow of work with their Expertise.**
- Provide strategic financial leadership and contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Finance to guide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Implement data-driven approaches for analyzing financial metrics and trends, providing valuable insights for strategic decisions.
- Assist in overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting transparent communication.
- Contribute to driving capital allocation strategies, investment decisions, and risk management initiatives.
- Play a key role in leading treasury and cash management efforts to optimize liquidity and financial stability.
- Support the Director of Finance in leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering their growth and effectiveness.

**Job Specification**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in financial roles, with a focus on leadership responsibilities, 4 years in leadership roles.
- CPA, CFA, or similar professional certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, strategic planning, and fiscal management.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in financial software and data analytics tools.

**Salary**: R35,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month
