The Sales Operations Administrator will become an expert on all offerings from The Moorings and Sunsail, and support the Sales Operations Team to facilitate understanding, documentation, and training of new and existing product offerings. The Sales Operations Administrator will support product updates and product launches and ensure customer-facing information is accurate and timely.

**What you will be doing**:
Support with the creation of documentation for all Familiarization trips

Support with crafting training materials, coordinating training sessions, and managing the attendee lists.

Support with the management of sales-related documents and processes including but not limited to booking rules, terms and conditions, and pre-departure documents in collaboration with e-commerce, legal, and IT teams.

Support with internal research to answer and document product-related questions throughout the customer journey.

Work with the Sales Operations Team to collate all Product, Operations, and Yield updates and circulate them to the business.

Maintain communication with base managers and assist with fact-finding and compiling research across all departments.

Support the Sales Operations Team in ensuring Knowledge Base is up to date and articles are within the optimal format to maximise searchability.

Management of the Sales Operations inbox and raise concerns to the sales operations team.

Support with online information updates including content, imagery, and following up with other teams on briefs.

Manage and validate the online issues log.

Support with the creation and reformatting of the E-guides.

**What we are looking for**:

- Ideally, 1-3 years’ experience in Yachts.
- Familiarity with the yacht charter or boating industry.
- Experience building assets such as training documents and supporting documents for familiarisation trips.
- Strong communication skills using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Hubspot.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisation skills and ability to effectively multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter.
