- **Generate picking slip, pick parts and monitor handover to techs**:

- **Follow up on all supplier invoices**:
- **Follow up on all customer payments**:
- **Assist technicians with quotes**:
- **Invoicing**:
- **Workshop job card capturing**:
- **Customer quoting**:
- **WIP report follow ups**:
- **File and archiving**:
- **Stock counts**:
- **General order and cleanliness of the part store**:
- **Ad hoc duties**:
