Our E-commerce Distribution Centre seeks to employ a Returns Clerk who will form an integral part of the E-commerce team. The successful incumbent needs to ensure that the correct administrative functions are actioned which relates to the return of merchandise purchased via the online platforms which are managed by the E-commerce Distribution Centre, by ensuring compliance with the standard operating procedures related and ensuring the customers are responded to accordingly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Returned stock from customers
- Compare refunded stock to Brand refund policies
- Follow up with Couriers and call centre
- General Administration & Finance
- Inventory Management & stocktakes
- Perform Bin Transfers from Returns locations to the brand's designated Bins
- Liaise with Brands about any product quality issue
- Perform quality inspection on returned goods
- Perform stock adjustments in the WMS system

**Qualifications**:
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- 1-2 years experience in an administrative function within a Distribution centre is essential or experience dealing with Returned stock processes within a DC is advantageous
- Experience with customer returns and communication with customers
- Experience with e-commerce online distribution processes is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of G-suite or Microsoft (especially Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel essential)
- Working knowledge of Distribution Centre processes
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good numerical ability ( mathematical skills are essential)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
