**Prerequisites**
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Excellent command of the English language
- Computer literate
- Innovative and proactive with a “can do” attitude
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems concurrently
- Ability to type 20wpm with a maximum of 5 errors
- 6-12 months Customer service experience
- Experience in working within a Customer Service, Sales, Technical, Collections or Retentions environment will be beneficial.
- Strong Telco background advantage
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with complex queries

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
