**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Administrative Management**:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations, including but not limited to office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
2. **Facility Management**:
- Supervise office facilities, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
3. **Communication and Coordination**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth information flow and resolve any operational issues.
4. **Financial Management**:
- Process invoices, receipts, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant management qualification or a related field.
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with human resources processes and basic financial management.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
