**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and reviewing contracts for legal compliance
- Getting quotes for non-stock and stock items not on MRP.
- Getting quotes and contracts for creating purchase orders and ensuring that they are in line with company policies and procedures
- Recommending new suppliers and negotiating supplier contracts to ensure that all terms are met
- Preparing reports on expenditures and analyzing trends in spending to identify areas of potential waste or abuse
- Negotiating contract terms with vendors, including price, delivery schedule, and payment terms
- Following up with vendors to ensure that orders are delivered on time and within budget parameters
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure that orders are processed correctly

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar.
