**Key Responsibilities**:

- Submit YTD report weekly of outstanding POD's from all agents
- Report on all discrepancies on the invoice from all agents to follow up on POD's
- Run daily reports for scanned POD's not captured and submit to supervisor
- Follow up on daily outstanding POD's from all agents
- File all agents POD's on a daily basis
- Perform quality checks on all returned POD's from agents
- Ensure all invoices and billing copies from agents are handed to verifies
- Record daily manifest and file accordingly
- Ensure documents are received back within SLA times agreed with all agents
- Ensure queries are resolved timeously and feedback is given

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
- Previous data capturing experience (Negotiable)

**Competencies**:

- Communication (Verbal and Written)
- Teamwork
- Stress Tolerance
- Drive for Results

**Skills**:

- Typing skills (min 30 words per minute)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
