We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized administrative assistant to join our team at Qetello Holdings.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing proof of delivery (POD) documents, managing customer credits, and providing general administrative support to the operations department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Process POD documents accurately and in a timely manner, verify delivery receipts, and reconcile with shipping records.
  • Credit Management: Manage customer credit accounts, process credit memos as necessary, and maintain accurate records of credit transactions and customer interactions.
  • Communication: Communicate with drivers and customers to resolve any discrepancies in delivery documentation.
  • Data Entry and Administration: Assist with data entry and perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A certificate or diploma in administration, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
