Customer Care Support Team Agent

**Main Purpose of the Position**:
To provide a professional customer support service to all Coricraft stores and customers, facilitating order fulfilment and customer satisfaction with regular, courteous engagement and communication until resolution is reached in adherence to Coricraft policies and parameters.
**Key Responsibility Areas**:
- Meet the company set SLA of order book management
- Load website orders and run EOD every day
- Meet the company set SLA for RMA management
- Meet the AMEYO SLA for ticket resolution
- Pay attention to turning the customer experience from a possible negative one to a positive one
- Company policies, procedures, standing instructions and rules complied with.
- Building the Coricraft brand
**Education and experience required**:
- Matric or relevant numeracy and literacy education
- 1-year Customer Service experience/1-year Administrative Experience/ 1-year Debt
Collecting exposure advantageous
- Computer Literacy
- Knowledge of Syspro and POS
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
