Director of Sales

**Role Overview**:
The Director of Sales & Marketing will play a crucial role in expanding our brand’s footprint in target markets, enhancing our existing sales channels, and forging new sustainable revenue partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies
- Manage brand identity and market presence
- Drive consistent and sustainable market growth Lead and develop the sales and marketing team

**Key competencies and Behaviours**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain constructive relationships.
- Dependability, integrity, and initiative.
- Adaptability to change and mature leadership qualities
- Self-motivation, decision-making, problem-solving and organizational skills.

**Key Qualifications and Skills**:

- Grade 12 + and relevant tertiary qualification;
- At least 6 years of international hospitality and luxury travel sales experience;
- Proficiency in sales and marketing processes, financial management and relevant legal legislation;
- A proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams;
- A passion for conservation and sustainable development;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- A willingness to travel frequently and work in a remote location and
- Advanced knowledge of sales and marketing technology, MS Office, and beneficial experience with ResRequest and Canva.
