1. Do Quarterly evaluation of Teams performance
2. Sales revenue and profitability Report submitted monthly

3. Sales team report to be submitted once per month

4. Usage and maintenance of Pipe Drive System

5. Final Sign off of 5 Ways report weekly and monthly

6. Sales pipeline and forecasting report monthly

7. Customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score

8. Sales team turnover rate and employee engagement Report Monthly

9. Sales to expense ratio and return on investment for sales activities Report Monthly

10. Sales team Professional Development Plans set out for each sales person Quarterly

11. Achieving of Sales Targets as set out by Micon Water from time to time

**I will meet these standards while working in this position**:
1. Provide Monthly reports by 7th of each month
2. Provide weekly reports by Friday 15:00
3. Handle new lead enquiries within 24 hours
4. Return all calls made to the company telephone
