**Training and Knowledge Base Manager**:
We are looking for a Training & Knowledge Base Manager to join our HR team and take responsibility for creating Structure Learning Pathways for both internal and external users as well as content for our Knowledge Base.

**What you’ll do**:

- Design training materials (articles, presentations, videos, revision packs, tests).
- Deliver training (primarily online) to IDR clients and internal operations staff.
- Create Structured Learning Pathways for IDR staff based on job role.
- Work with department heads and line managers to help create Continuous Development Plans for all staff
- Create content for our Knowledge Base (working with Product Owners and Ops Team Leads)
- Identifying areas for continuous improvement of our training
- Helping ensure that all staff have knowledge of our system, our standard operating procedures, our legal and governance obligations, and their role in ensuring they’re met.
- Ensure knowledge is kept up to date and retained, rather than delivered and forgotten.
- Working with internal and external collaborators such as designers, copywriters etc.
- Providing reporting on all aspects of training.

- A friendly and nurturing approach.
- Willingness for occasional travel to our office locations (Mauritius, South Africa, Guernsey, Boston) to deliver face-to-face training to operational teams.
- Experience working with LMS systems.
- Working knowledge of Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint.

Less important, but useful
- Knowledge of Private Equity back-end processes including KYC, FATCA, W-Forms / Withholding Tax, MLRO / AML, Sideletter, Sub Doc.
- Knowledge of FinTech governance and compliance obligations (AML, GDPR, Info Sec etc)
- Experience with scale up businesses (50-250 employees).
- High-level understanding of technical concepts such as cloud computing, information security, Azure etc.
- Experience designing and delivering training to people in multiple jurisdictions as well as an understanding of cultural and language barriers to learning.
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).
- Video and audio editing skills.

**What you’ll be working on**:
IDR is designed to make life easier for private equity firms and investors, by streamlining repetitive, paperwork-heavy tasks like client onboarding (KYC), tax filings (FATCA / CRS), and legal processes.

As a Training and Knowledge Base Manager at IDR you’ll be helping improve the quality of our training for both external users and IDR staff.
