This individual will play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts, managing leads, and driving the business forward.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Lead you will be responsible for managing and screening leads in our Pipedrive CRM, ensuring that they are nurtured through the sales pipeline. Your role is essential in helping the team hit targets by efficiently qualifying leads and maintaining clear communication with potential clients. We're looking for someone who is confident, persuasive, and has the perseverance to keep pursuing leads until they convert.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage incoming leads and inquiries, qualifying them based on preset criteria to ensure they are the right fit for our experiences.
  2. Screen and track leads in Pipedrive CRM, ensuring that all details are accurately entered and maintained.
  3. Proactively follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  4. Build relationships with potential leads, addressing their needs and concerns while guiding them through the sales process.
  5. Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities and assist in developing strategies to close sales.
  6. Provide accurate reporting on lead progression and sales performance.
  7. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working towards sales goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
  2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Ability to engage with potential clients and convert them into paying customers.
  4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  5. Confidence in handling rejection and perseverance in following up.
  6. Familiarity with CRM tools like Pipedrive or similar is beneficial.
  7. Motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented attitude.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  9. Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
