About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the full sales cycle of new business opportunities. This role requires leveraging expertise and knowledge to convey credibility, assess customer needs, and close deals in a targeted and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue targets and set KPIs.
- Achieve activity levels as required for the BDM role.
- IDentify new clients and business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and new logo acquisition.
- Create demand for our products and services by raising their profile with customers.
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments and opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on account performance, forecasts, and key metrics.
- Effectively manage multiple sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools for managing customer accounts, leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple client sales deals effectively.
