Responsibilities
  1. Build sound relationships based on trust and openness across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.
  2. Leverage processes and technologies to meet business needs.
  3. Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines and adhering to predefined standards and procedures in accordance with compliance and governance standards.
  4. Identify business process improvements (Cost Savings or efficiency improvements).
  5. Communicate business process changes to key stakeholders and ensure required stakeholder sign-off.
  6. Interact and maintain good relationships with business stakeholders (business users, change management resources, developers, testing and training teams).
  7. Assess, analyze, and optimize end-to-end business processes, documenting business process requirements through research, interviews, or facilitation sessions.
  8. Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements by providing business process content to update operating procedures (Golden Rules).
  9. Design new and existing business processes, in conjunction with business partners by process mapping – As-Is and To-Be.
  10. Conduct time studies on processes.
  11. Manage own development to increase own competencies.
  12. Provide information contributing to building training manuals/material and provide guidance and support to team members.
  13. Provide business-specific input to technical IT teams and third-party vendors to enable system migration projects and the activation of products on relevant platforms.
  14. Integrate business information, compare, analyze, and produce reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and inconsistencies for decision-making purposes.
  15. Manage cost vs. budget, develop people, enhance customer experience, ensure risk and compliance, and optimize internal operations.
Qualifications

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

  1. Have a relevant Degree/Diploma in related fields, or Six Sigma White Belt, Yellow Belt advantageous.
  2. Have experience working on FirstMap – Advantageous.
  3. Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment, with 1 to 2 years ideally at junior Process Analyst level.
