We are seeking a Xhosa speaking individual for this Senior HR Manager role based in Kariega (Uitenhage) Eastern Cape.
The core purpose of this position is to manage the Production, Logistics, and Quality operations and team of Business Partners.
To manage the development and implementation of strategies related to Organizational design and Transformation for the relevant areas above and to co-ordinate and supervise departmental activities, ensuring a pro-active comprehensive human resources service is rendered through sound application of Personnel Management, Training Development, and Industrial Relations practices and procedures leading to sound and harmonious employer and employee relations.
Requirements- A relevant Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 10 years plus work experience in a broad range of HR practices such as Personnel, Employee, and Industrial Relations
- 2 Years at Management Level
- The understanding of the application of employment law
- Conceptual skills
- Business acumen
- Strong inter-personal skills at all levels
- Conflict Management and Negotiation skills
