Locations Drake is expanding recruitment for Business Developers in Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, and Johannesburg (2 positions). Scope of Work Prospecting, closing deals, and driving growth across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, finance, engineering, IT and related sectors. Responsibilities Minimum 3.5 years of active external B2B sales exposure – selling a service or product. Maintain and reactivate existing clients. New Business Development through social media, cold calling, networking, and building a trusted client source. Set up client meetings, present products, discuss services, and secure buy‑in. Negotiate terms of business, drive negotiation and close deals. Maintain client relationships through visits and key‑account management. Drive KPIs and achieve targets. Qualifications Matric ND or Degree – Advantageous. Valid driver’s license. Own car. MS Office and CRM system exposure. Strong communicator with excellent listening skills. English (business) – intermediate to advanced level. Team player, strong negotiator, go‑getter attitude, quick on feet.
