  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements 
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant.
  • Business development experience within the engineering sector.
  • Sales Background in products to the power-related sector within mining/ industrial manufacturing industries.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strategic and sophisticated approach when solving complex manufacturing problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
