Overview A small supplier of laboratory consumables is seeking a debtors clerk to manage debtors and provide administrative support to the Internal Sales Representative. Responsibilities Maintain the debtors accounts for two small/medium sized companies by following up on payments and resolving queries and issues as quickly as possible. Pull and send proof of delivery (PODs) and invoices where required. Check and follow up on unpaid cash sales. Process the debtors bank; chase for missing export documents from customers; and manage emails. Support the Internal Sales Representative by answering the telephone and assisting customers with telephonic quotes and queries. Respond to quote requests that come through on email and perform other ad hoc/admin tasks. Qualifications Matric certificate is required.
