Our client is an accredited manufacturer, supplying a full range of hardware to international markets for use on Steel, Timber, Aluminium and Glass doors and windows.

They are looking for a Junior Debtors Clerk who has a great attitude and willingness to learn.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and send monthly debtors invoices and statements.
- Creating and updating of debtors' master file.
- Following up debtor payment agreements.
- Communicate (both verbal and written) with debtors with regard to overdue accounts.

**Education & Experience**:

- Minimum of Matric/Grade 12.
- Computer literate: MS Office.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Great communication skills
- Able to work as a team.
- Accurate and attention to detail.
- Adaptable to change and new methods.
