A well established company based in Constantia Kloof is seeking a Case Coordinator and Administrator. Duties: Facilitate the intake process for new cases, including screening for usability of medical data, assessing needs and scheduling appointments. Providing follow-up services and tracking progresses. Maintain accurate case records and documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures. Assist with case management tasks such as scheduling appointments. Provide administrative support to the team as needed, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and handling correspondence. Coordinating and handling 3D printing and logistics. Communicate effectively with team members, healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Coordinate and participate in team meetings, training, and other activities designed to enhance program effectiveness and promote collaboration among team members. Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, policies, and procedures. Maintain the status of medical cases and provide updates to all staff members. Responsible for the return of medical devices and storage of medical devices. Manage the packaging requirements for medical devices; Boxing, packing, labelling and shipping instructions. Manage department and prioritizes medical cases based on surgeons requirements, medical device logistics and availability and that product is quoted correctly to the surgeons. Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Minimum of 5 years experience Tertiary qualification advanatgeous Computer literacy: MS Office (Excel,Outlook)
