Seeking a Marketing Manager with expertise in both digital and traditional marketing.
This role involves managing the marketing team, developing, and implementing strategic marketing solutions, and advising stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Science, or similar.
6 or more years of experience experience with 2 or more years in Management.
Previous Healthcare or Biotech industry experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Familiarity with Monday.com and Hootsuite.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all marketing activities, including brand positioning; corporate identity, and events.
Ensure consistent and professional communication with stakeholders.
Oversee marketing budgets and approve marketing materials.
Maintain supplier relationships (designers, SEO partners, printers, etc.).
Manage website updates and digital marketing (Google AdWords, Analytics, SEO).
Develop and implement marketing strategies across products/services.
Report on key business metrics and industry trends.
Team Management:
Lead a marketing team of 3, fostering creativity and innovation.
Conduct performance reviews and set KPIs.
Ensure the team has the necessary knowledge and support.
Collaboration:
Work with the Commercial Team to align marketing strategies.
Support product/service launches with comprehensive marketing plans.
Monitor campaign success and drive improvements.
