Description
- The Girls’ Preparatory invites applications for the abovementioned position which will be available from 1 January 2025.
- Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals who believe they have the required skills and competencies to take on this position.

Requirements
The requirements for this position are:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in reception, switchboard, organising functions and events, financial administration, and calendar management.
- Experience working within the education sector is preferable.
- Good administrator with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work under pressure.
- Excellent computer literacy skills.
- First Aid knowledge and certification is advantageous to assist and attend to children
- Must be a pro-active team player with strong communication and inter-personal skills and provide a mindful yet professional service with all stakeholders
- Available to assist with adhoc requests which impact on the effective functioning of the school. These requests may require work after office hours.
- Proof of sexual offender’s clearance certificate. Any staff member working within a school is required to have a sexual offender’s clearance certificate
- A willingness to work within the values, Christian ethos and mission of the College as well as participation in the broader life of the school
