Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise daily with customers and walk-in clients to address inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Quoting and Invoicing
  • Check drivers when loading trucks daily to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare pack sheets for daily deliveries to ensure all items are accounted for.
  • Prepare and manage delivery schedules on a daily basis.
  • Assist with stock take
  • Ensure orders are not dispatched if customers are not up to date on their accounts.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of document
  • Perform general office administrative tasks as needed
  • Knowledge of CAD is a plus but not essential.
Qualification
  • Matric
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the industry is a bonus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is advantageous.
Salary: R10 000 - R15 000 monthly
