Sales and Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, managing logistics, and performing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities Include:
- Liaising with customers to understand their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Managing the quoting and invoicing process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Overseeing the loading of trucks to ensure all items are accounted for.
- Preparing and managing delivery schedules to meet customer deadlines.
- Assisting with stock take to maintain inventory levels.
- Ensuring orders are not dispatched if customers are not up to date on their accounts.
- Maintaining organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Matric certification
- Previous experience in a similar role within the industry (a bonus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary Range: R10 000 - R15 000 monthly
