DUTIES
  • Costing of stock, freight imports, booking UPS, liaise with suppliers
  • Deal with customers accounts, receipts
  • Assisting with booking collection or couriers, sea freight airfreight
  • Assist in monitoring and managing stock levels to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to manage cost of stock and plan for future purchasing needs
  • Track and report inventory metrics, ensuring accurate data is maintained
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely order placement, shipment, and receipt
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure that shipments are cost-effective and arrive on time
  • Track all incoming shipments, maintain accurate records, and proactively manage any delays or issues
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, shipment tracking, and inventory logs
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with industry standards, company policies, and relevant import/export regulations


Salary: R10 000 - R16 000 ctc dependent on experience
