We require a skilled Management Accountant to join our finance team. The Management accountant will assist the Group CFO with the full finance function of the group. This includes 5 entities and the departments goal is to be a business partner to all the divisions and entities within the company. This will be a role that will develop with time.

Hybrid working model - 3 days a week based at Head Office in Centurion.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting not negotiable
  • 3 5 years work experience

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Processing transactions in ERP System
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Cash books and reconciliations
  • Timely processing of Accounts receivables and Account payables
  • Follow up on debtors payments
  • Detailed Credit card reconciliations
  • Filing of documentation, mainly credit card slips
  • Variance analysis
  • Client liaison
  • VAT reconciliations
  • SARS submissions
  • Intercompany transactions
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets
  • Liaise with group Heads for invoicing, reporting and other requirements
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management
  • Monthly project reporting and management accounts
  • Ability to work on multiple group entities
  • Assist with audit preparation and providing audit evidence
  • Process payroll journals
  • Assist with BBBEE submissions
  • Providing weekly cashflow data for group cashflow control
  • Responcible for full Trial Balance
