  • Create welcome comms for the new hires in the organization
  • Coordination of suppliers on boarding documents
  • Outline the business requirements an expectations for a working relationship with the suppliers
  • Ensure supplier evaluation and approval is granted by the legal and compliance officer
  • Administer and process all HR invoices for payment
  • Upload quotations from suppliers on papertrail and link on Navision
  • Create the purchase order that details the quantity and specific requirements for the approvers
  • Ensure all items and services ordered were received, and payment is only issues for items ordered and received.
