We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at Signa Opportunity. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Support the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Assist with performance management procedures and schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars, and perform orientations for new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on HR activity and assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Support other assigned functions and stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34.
  • No prior participation in the YES Program.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in email, MS Office, and related business tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
