We are currently seeking a highly organised and efficient Cash Centre Admin to join our team.Main Purpose of Position:As a Cash Centre Admin, you will play a crucial role in providing full administrative support for all cash centre activities.Key Responsibilities:Effective ReportingCompile various reports received from the Cash Management Centre (CMC)Scan and send customer deposit slips, e-viper reports, and banking consignment formsComplete and submit variance reports for ATM's and teller/treasury variancesComplete monthly statistics on a daily basisCustomer Service (Internal and External)Attend to all customer queries in a timely, professional, and effective manner within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)Provide solutions to customers when deviations from agreed processes/contracts are identifiedCommunicate service failures and cash differences to customersIdentify and communicate preventative repetitive service failures to customers and the CMC ManagerAttend to relevant internal requests for informationResponsible for compiling required investigation documentation for handover to Risk department for further useSegregation of DutiesPerform independent function for the receiving of all customer ordersOutsourced Cash Processing Centre (OCPC) SupportAssist with Finteq scanningPrepare all necessary paperwork for the following day's loadingsObtain authorisation from the FNB HUB and hand over to relevant teamsSend all deposit slips to the FNB HubHealth and SafetyParticipate in the design/development/review/implementation and monitoring of the departmental safety plans for each yearParticipate in safety forums created by the company, such as safety meetings and safety talksReport all safety incidents to relevant personnelDiscuss all safety incidents and follow-up on assigned activitiesAttend safety education and refresher programmesComply with safety policies and procedures in the workplaceDistribute safety information as and when requiredWear protective clothing at all timesCompetencies:Knowledge- Knowledge of administrative procedures- Knowledge of Cash Management Centre processes and systems (preferred)Skills- MS Office computer skills- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)- Numerical skillsAttributes- Delivering exceptional customer service- Collaboration and cooperation with colleagues- Adaptability to changing circumstances- Attention to detail- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines- Analytical thinkingQualifications & Experience:- Grade 12 (Mathematics/Accounting subjects recommended)- Previous working experience within an administrative capacity essential- Computer literacy in MS Office packages required- Demonstrated experience in compiling reports- Previous Cash Management Centre experience would be highly beneficial
