Description
Coordinate and Facilitate Provider Site Evaluation Requests
- Verify and log Provider Site Evaluation (PSE) requests
- Verify and confirm site visit request documentation
- Delegate and update PSE (Provider Site Evaluation) requests
- Monitor and ensure Evaluator availability and calendar updating
- Provide assistance and guidance regarding provider site evaluation preparation, scheduling, and Evaluator details
- Oversee the scheduling of provider site visits of compliant applications
- Conduct evaluation based on SSETA guidelines and evaluation criterion
- Validate documents submitted for desktop evaluations
- Compile and submit reports detailing scheduling and site visit queries and resolutions
- Consolidate, compile and submit a full site visit report
- Receive, resolve and escalate queries related to accreditation processes
- Compile and submit reports detailing queries related to the PAAR&SS
- Receive, respond to, and submit FAQs and answers related to PAAR&SS to IT for uploading to the FAQs database
- Provide support to the Rectification Committee during relevant processes
Coordinate Provider Site Evaluation (PSE) Report Quality Assurance and Provider Feedback
- Verify, log and forward PSE report and annexures
- Approve, upload and notify on PSE report and annexures
- Assess and submit Provider Evaluator feedback
- Update and close PSE request and submission tracking sheet
Monitor Provider Site Evaluation (PSE) Visit Details and Costs
- Verify and obtain approval PSE details and cost
- Receive and process PSE confirmations
- Receive and obtain approval of Evaluator travel arrangements
- Verify and submit Evaluator invoice
- Assist with and resolve Evaluator payment queries
- Receive and record Evaluator payment notifications (from Finance; PSE Evaluator Costs template)
- Prepare and submit Evaluator costs and expenditure report
Achievement of Work Plans
- Execute work plans and drive the evidence collection in real time
- Produce reports against the implementation of work plans
- Respond to audit findings with complete evidence, on time
- Implement documented data management practices
- Comply with policies and procedures in the unit
- Record, file and ensure the availability of POP information
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate, at a minimum NQF 4
- National Diploma or equivalent certification (NQF 6) in Education, Training and Development, Business Administration, Public Administration, or equivalent qualification or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the education, training and development sector, of which 1 year should be supervisory experience
