  2. Co-ordinate and Manage Assistant Resident Engineers responsible for various work packages
  3. Review Designs and Drawings and check for correctness
  4. Monitor Construction Activities
  5. Quality and Cost Control and Reporting
  6. Contract Administration using various contracts including NEC4
  7. Adherence to Company ISO9001 QMS System
About Our Ideal Candidate:
  • 15+ years of experience in a Civil Engineering Consultancy and Monitoring of Construction Projects
  • Competency in the Water and Sanitation Field, including Bulk Water and Bulk Sanitation
  • Competency in Contract Administration with NEC3/4 experience an advantage
  • General Municipal Services an added advantage
  • Must have Pr TechEng, registered with ECSA
  • PrCPM an added advantage
