Requirements:
  • Relevant degree/diploma
  • Min 5 years FMCG experience in Key Account Management
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel essential
  • Power BI experience advantageous
  • Strong analysis skills
Duties include:
  • Use all resources available to deliver budget and create a sustainable business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Track category performance and market share to identify opportunities and threats and develop plans accordingly
  • Develop, negotiate and track retail-specific promotional activities
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the Electronic Point of Sale data for the various retailers whilst maintaining and updating the integrity of the database
  • Deliver service to key customers to the level that is expected from leading brands to maintain the companys strong position in market
  • Manage all elements of customer management
  • Manage all administration required for the customers and service providers within the portfolio efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure shelf health excellence, using retailer reports and by working closely with the 3rd party sales and merchandising team
