About the Role:


A reputable retail jacuzzi manufacturer in Johannesburg seeks an experienced office administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

The role involves handling basic bookkeeping duties.

Minimum Requirements:

- Matric certificate
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Outlook
- Prior experience with Pastel software
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in English & Afrikaans languages
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment

Job Description:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage Debtors Age Analysis using Pastel Express
- Generate and dispatch invoices and statements to debtors
- Follow up on debt collection through various channels
- Maintain and update the customer database using Bluwave CRM
- Oversee ordering and maintenance of spa spares, parts, and tools
- Monitor and replenish stock levels, ensuring timely deliveries
