Key Responsibilities:

1.

Office Administration:
Maintain efficient office operations to ensure productivity and a conducive work environment.

2.

Staff Management:
Oversee and monitor staff activities, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company policies.

3.

Fee Collections:
Manage fee collections processes accurately and efficiently.

4.

Student Registration:
Handle student registrations and accurately capture student details for records.

5.

Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure high levels of student and customer satisfaction through prompt assistance and resolution of issues.

6.

Quality Assurance:
Maintain quality standards for student Portfolios of Evidence (POEs) and institutional policies.

7.

Accreditation:
Assist in accreditation processes and compliance with regulatory standards.

8.

Record Management:
Establish and maintain a filing system to organize and manage student records efficiently.

9.
Learning Management System (LMS): Upload student information onto the LMS for easy access and tracking.

10.

Enquiries Handling:
Address enquiries and queries promptly and professionally.

11.

Staff Recruitment:
Participate in recruitment and selection processes to build a skilled team.

12.

Personal Files Management:
Maintain personal files of staff members accurately and securely.

13.

Programme Rollout:
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth rollout of educational programmes.

14.

Material Distribution:
Print and distribute learner materials as required.

15.

Documentation:
Produce standard documents and routine correspondence to support office operations.

16.

Verifications and Site Visits:
Assist in conducting and preparing for verifications or site visits as necessary.

17.

Office Supplies:
Manage the supply of office consumables to support daily operations.

18.

Reporting:
Prepare monthly reports and conduct asset counts as part of routine administrative tasks.

19.

Office Systems:
Develop, implement, and administer office systems to enhance efficiency.

20.

Procedures and Policies:
Establish office procedures, policies, and operations, and communicate them effectively to the team.

21.

Task Management:
Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion within set timelines.

22.

Tender and Database Submissions:
Assist in tender submissions and maintain databases as required.

23.

Institutional Planning:
Contribute to institutional planning and resource allocation processes.

24.

Marketing Coordination:
Coordinate marketing activities to promote educational programmes effectively.

25.

Work-Based Learning and Placement:
Facilitate work-based learning and placement opportunities for students.
