RESPONSIBILITIES
Define the go to market strategy from scratch.
Set sales budget, forecasting and trade spending plans.

Key account management:
Listing and negotiating with major retailers.
Expand distribution in health, HORECA and specialty channels.
Distributor Management.
Maintenance of exceptional customer and trade relations.
Set up field sales force and recruits and leads future sales reps and merchandising teams.
Develop Effective promotion, instore and merchandising programs.
Member of the Management Team with participation in Board Meetings.
Requirements

Relevant degree or qualification in related area, or the equivalent in terms of education, experience and/or training.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in Key Account Management within a blue-chip FMCG environment, ideally combined with Field Sales or Distributor and Trade Marketing.

Experience within the beverage industry would be an advantage.
Strong analytical skills to identify data driven actions.
Strong people skills to include cross cultural sensitivities.
Proven problem solving and negotiation abilities.
Hands-on, open-minded, proactive team player.
Customer focused, high integrity, excellent work ethic.
Good financial and commercial P&L understanding
