Role Overview:HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, as well as supporting various human resources functions. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of duties to maintain the efficiency of payroll operations and contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll and HR administration roles.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software (e.g., Sage, VIP).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting necessary documentation and setting up employee profiles for all branches.• Process offboarding procedures, including final pay calculations and coordinating exit interviews.

    2. HR Records Maintenance:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System
  • Ensuring all employee Files are upto date with the latest employee information, both physical files and Online files.
  • Assisting the Airport branch with all administration work.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data.
  • 3. Compliance:
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure payroll and HR compliance.
  • Assist in preparing reports for audits and regulatory requirements.
    4. Employees Queries and Support:
  • Respond to employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and general HR matters.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
    5. Time and Attendance Management:
  • Administer time and attendance systems, ensuring accuracy in tracking work hours.
  • Address discrepancies and work with relevant departments to resolve issues.
  • Add and remove employees on ERS System and assist with time sheet calculations for payroll.
    6. Employee Relations:
  • Assist in fostering positive employee relations through effective communication and support.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Drawing up of warnings, IR documentation required such as termination notice, outcome from Disciplinary Hearings.
    7. Assist in HR Projects:
  • Support HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements as assigned.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to achieve departmental goals.
