Duties include
  • Process all warranty claims in line with policies and procedures.
  • Costing and invoicing of all job cards as per OEM and group policy.
  • Liaise with service department and at Head Office to resolve any costing and warranty issues
  • Administer and return defective parts to manufacturer as required
  • Liaising with customers regarding claims
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reports on warranty claims activity
  • Audit adherence
  • General administration of day-to-day invoices
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Minimum of 3 years Warranty claims experience within a Franchise Motor Dealership
  • Literate on Autoline / Kerridge / Evolve
  • Attention to detail and strong admin
  • Good customer care skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge on analysis and report writing
