Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warranty and Costing Clerk at Mototeam (Pty) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing warranty claims, costing and invoicing job cards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warranty Claims Processing: Process all warranty claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Costing and Invoicing: Accurately cost and invoice job cards in line with OEM and group policy requirements.
  • Customer Liaison: Liaise with customers regarding claims and provide timely updates on warranty claims activity.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warranty claims activity, and administer day-to-day invoices.
  • Quality Assurance: Audit adherence to company policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Matric certificate
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in warranty claims within a franchise motor dealership
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Autoline, Kerridge, or Evolve software
  • Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong administration skills, good customer care skills, and good interpersonal and communication skills
