Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs.

Provide exceptional customer service to maintain positive tenant and landlord relationships.
Budget Management:

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in property management or maintenance is a plus.
Proven experience in property maintenance, property management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of Rental Housing Act advantageous.
Proficiency in using RedRabbit and WeconnectU.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
