**JOB SUMMARY**
- This position is a key contributor to the long-term strategy and success of the company. The incumbent will be responsible to oversee operational effectiveness of the business unit by leading their team members towards achieving operational success, positively influencing customer satisfaction and ensuring financial profitability.
- This is a highly responsible role requiring excellent organization and strong communication skills. As a depot supervisor, you will be expected to be able to plan the fleet for the entire region.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Specific Role Responsibilities**
- Plan, organize and coordinate all fleet requirements.
- Allocation of vehicles according to daily requirements.
- Ensure Fleet compliance is managed and vehicles are in their correct status.
- Investigate and resolve all fleet discrepancies.
- Coordinate all bulk bookings.
- Manage all defleet and shipments of cars and license expired vehicles.
- Deal with outside suppliers in long standing vehicles at dealerships.
- Overseeing towing of vehicles and accident damage.
- Manage NFC recoveries.
- Ensure the fueling process is correct and up to date.
- Keep record of all service and maintenance of wash bay, panel shop and workshop equipment.
- Manage tracker on vehicles and ensure they are active.
- Manage risk through ensuring that the company assets and resources are safeguarded at all times.

**General**
- Manage all depot staff and outsource workers.
- Authorize leave overtime and time keeping of staff.
- Submit payroll for the depot team.
- Ensure daily interaction with the team and security company.
- Hold monthly meetings with staff.
- Follow the disciplinary code of conduct and enforce where necessary.
- Oversee recruitment and HR process for the staff.

**JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Matric
- An advantage would be Diploma in business management and logistics
- Code 8 drivers license
- Computer literate
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Business operations and personnel supervision skills
- Planning, organizing, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
- Innovative, decisive and disciplined
- Growth orientated understand the market and competition, drive for results
- Emotional intelligence ,assertiveness and the ability to work under pressure
- Must have a vision for the team and strive for that vision
- Conflict Management and the ability to provide counseling, coaching, mentorship and support to ensure a harmonious work environment

**Salary**: R9 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
