Our client in the Engineering / Mining industry is looking for a well-organized, detail orientated
_ Office and MD Assistant._ **The Office and Managing Director Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director (MD) and handles various office duties.

Benoni

Qualification and Experience:

  • Grade 12 education.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word) and Syspro.
  • A driver's license is also necessary.

  • Multitasking,
  • Problemsolving,
  • Interpersonal skills are required.
  • Fluent in English written and verbal.
  • Must showcase excellent attention to detail.
  • Be able to take initiative and work without supervision.

Key responsibilities:

Reception Management: Handle switchboard, welcome guests, schedule appointments, manage boardroom bookings and events, and oversee mail distribution.

Managing Director Support: Organize schedule, appointments, and communications, prepare meetings, assist with projects, conduct research and manage documents.
