You will be working as Service Sales Coordinator and will be the part of Electrification business area for Services division based in Longmeadow, South Africa.

In this role you will be reporting to Sales Support Manager and will be responsible to coordinate service work and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer's standards, procedures and policies and single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job

Your responsibilities

:

  • Building and maintaining sustainable relationship with customer, managing customer requirement and customer enquiries and ensuring continuous communication
  • Quoting, coordinating, planning, scheduling and overseeing all service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts and logistics for site and reviewing the scope of the work and ensuring that all parties fulfil their contractual obligations, particularly in regard to claims and changes
  • Managing customer satisfaction by ensuring that ABB fulfils its contractual obligations and business requirements, ensuring the required quality is delivered and the health, safety and environmental issues are competently managed
  • Managing the service order process in a timely manner from quotation to invoicing and cash collection and ensuring timelines are met in terms of on time delivery
  • Managing all required reporting and documentation and ensuring all necessary data has been registered in a timely manner in the system
  • Cooperating and coordinating activities with other ABB units and teams to harmonize service activities and to maximize service sales at every opportunity and ensuring the transfer of service findings to the product/system local business units for improvement of their offerings

Your background

:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • Should have strong organizational capabilities, structured, computer literate and disciplined
  • High SAP competence, business online competence, tendering / quotation experience, project administration experience and ordering handling experience
  • Experience in handling of Low Voltage products will be advantageous and high level IT skills will be advantageous
  • Fluency in English language is mandatory
