You'll have the opportunity to work in different areas of the HR Discipline, to explore the various facets of HR across the Amandelbult Complex.

You'll roll up your sleeves and start contributing from day one as you learn on the job. That learning will be supported by an industry-leading and well-structured development programme. This includes mentoring and online learning, plus regular advice, and guidance from the most senior people in the organization.

Job Description:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated human resources graduate to join our 2023 midyear graduate development programme. Whilst based at site, you will gain exposure to the full HR generalist function, including planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and dataanalytics. You will develop key working relationships with our operational teams and drive best practice within the HR function using industry relevant HR Systems. For this placement you will need to demonstrate exceptional time management, a customer service orientation and an live our purpose of reimagining mining to improve people's lives.

**Qualifications

  • To qualify, you must**:
  • Honours Degree HR or related field.
  • Any postgraduate qualifications will be advantageous.
  • Have completed your degree within the last 2 years or are due to graduate by December 202
  • Have no more than two years of relevant work experience.
  • Be a team player with strong leadership potential.
  • Demonstrate drive, ambition, and a passion for challenging work in our operations.
  • Additional Information
  • Preference will be given to people residing in the Limpopo province'.
  • Accommodation will not be provided available.
  • If successful you will be invited to an online assessment centre.
