About us Fresh in your Fridge is a holistic private chef service in Vancouver BC Canada.

We're a proudly Canadian and woman-owned small (and growing) business that leads with a people centered approach and a fun, supportive, hands on work cultureWe are a team of 13 that operate out of our facility in Vancouver, including a small management team, chefs, and support team.

We care deeply about our private chef clients, and cook nutritious + custom meals for them on a weekly basis.

Our ethos revolves around environmental consciousness and wellness. We adhere to low-impact, low-waste practices, opting for reusable glassware containers and mindful sourcing during grocery shopping.

The role


As a Virtual Executive Assistant & Operations Admin
, you'll be the secret ingredient in our recipe for success, supporting the CEO as her executive assistant
, and the Ops Manager with administrative support
, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

You'll wear multiple hats, from managing administrative & operational tasks to providing stellar customer support. Your role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and flavor of our business.Key Responsibilities*-
Operational Assistance:Handle day-to-day tasks that require direct involvement of the CEO and Operations manager, including research, scheduling, finances, calendar management and coordination of specific projects - you're the sous chef, supporting the head chefs in every aspect of the kitchen

Client Experience Management: Handle the full cycle of client experience, from the onboarding process to the rock-solid support phase, ensuring each client feels like a VIP from start to finish.

Proactive Task Management:Juggle multiple support tasks with diligence and prioritize effectively, tackling daily duties with a zest for success and self-sufficiency.

Meeting Support: Attend meetings, document action items, and drive accountability by tracking progress and setting up to-do lists for the team.

Reports and Document Generation: Assist in preparing all forms of documentation, including financial reports and performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Communication:Serve up clear and concise communication with customers and internal teams.

AD HOC Tasks:Handle various ad hoc tasks contributing to the efficient operation of the business, such as research, scheduling, calendar management and coordination.

SOP Documentation:Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and any documentation needed, ensuring clarity and accuracy - you're the recipe creator of our operational cookbook

Skills & Qualifications

  • An Organization whiz at executing administrative, operational, and customer support tasks, turning them into a delicious feast of efficiency.
  • Proven experience providing out of this world Executive Assistance spanning 48 years.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail you're as precise as a chef's knife.
  • Proven track record of accountability and proactive problemsolving you're the master chef of getting things done
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team you're a team player, ready to lend a helping hand.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Asana, Slack, Mindbody, and other relevant tools, you're techsavvy and ready to spice things up
  • Passion and understanding of natural holistic nutrition is a big PLUSFamiliarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial operating system) is a bonus but not required you're always hungry for new knowledge and skills

Compensation:
Hourly rate: 8$ -11.5$ (USD)40 hours a week

Salary:
R151,00 - R217,00 per hour
