How You will make an impact:

  • Minimize instrument downtime by effectively solving problems
  • Logically troubleshooting with customers to find the best solution
  • Look at trends and traces to assist Field Service Engineers (FSE) to carry the correct parts to solve the problem
  • Identify customers that require training and communicate it to Field Application Specialists (FAS)
  • Saving unnecessary customer visits by FSE and FAS colleges
