Job Description:

  • As the Master Data Remediation Analyst, you will be managing the finance master data activities of specific Global Shared Services data remediation team working on the Beyond Finance project work and act as a single point of contact to understand and meet the data remediation project requirements.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Monitors, collects, processes and examines master and key data to perform statistical analyses on data sets
  • Data extraction, analysis and remediation
  • Responsible for the cleansing, organising and migrating the finance master data so that it is fit for purpose and properly protected, in line with the overall project objectives and the direction of the Deployment Manager
  • Ensuring that corrupt or incorrect records are detected and corrected by replacing, modifying or deleting inaccurate data
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
  • Encourage the development of a trusting and mutually respectful relationship with all stakeholders
  • Coordinate interactions between the functional area management and the project leads to ensure that the necessary approval is obtained for items when required

This role is at a Band 7 level reporting to the Master Data Superintendent

  • Qualifications
  • A relevant 3year qualification in Finance and Commence

Experience required:

  • Finance
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Master data analysis and remediation
  • Advance Excel Knowledge
