You'll be our go-to story-teller, bringing creativity and imagination to the way we tell our story in the market.

You'll play a central role in all parts of the marketing mix, from building and launching an eye-popping brand identity, to executing a precision-built go-to-market strategy that blow the minds of our future clients.


You'll get stuck into everything from brand guidelines to nurture campaigns, and social content to pitch decks that will leave the competition far behind.

And you'll take in your stride whatever brief or challenge gets thrown your way.

Ultimately, this role is all about growth.

Everything you do will have an impact on how we're perceived by clients, how much we're recognised in a competitive market and how we can bring our incredible propositions to life for our audiences.

And you'll be a pivotal part of aston holmes' growth.

This is a new role. It's a big role, too.

But if you're up to the challenge, you will build a formidable skill-set in a short space of time - across, brand, marketing and sales - that will set you up to become a world-dominating marketing rockstar.


Your responsibilities:

  • Working with Head of Marketing to lead the delivery of aston holmes' gotomarket strategy
  • Taking the lead on aston holmes' thought leadership strategy and develop a campaign to raise awareness of our brand and position us as a leader in our field
  • Work handinhand with the Head of Business Development to create an efficient sales funnel from first touchpoint through to conversion
  • Build a newsletter marketing strategy designed to keep aston holmes front of mind with clients and prospects, showcasing our blogs and points of view
  • Play a key part of aston holmes lead generation activity, utilising our database to develop a marketing strategy that generates leads for the BD team to follow up on
  • Be the brand guardian for all marketing materials, pitches and proposals that get created in the business
  • Develop a content strategy for LinkedIn and Instagram to build awareness of our business and our culture
  • Developing aston holmes' events strategy identifying key events to have a presence at and building a strategy for them
  • Managing the company's website and social media accounts
  • Analysing campaign and marketing metrics to measure success and make improvements
  • Providing timely and insightful commentary and analysis on marketing activity to leadership team
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments, and adjusting marketing strategies as necessary
  • Assisting in the development of budgets and cost estimates for marketing campaigns
  • Negotiating advertising and sponsorship agreements
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing campaigns and projects to generate beautiful, bestinclass marketing materials across all channels

Required experience:

  • Knowledge of the UK market is essential. Wider European and US experience is desirable
  • Experience of having worked in a marketing agency in a previous role
  • Ideally experience of using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign in particular)
