We're passionate about helping our clients grow and thrive in the digital landscape, and we're now looking for an experienced mid-weight B2B copywriter to join our internal marketing team to help promote our agency to potential clients.


Job Summary
The Mid-Weight B2B Copywriter role at Upbeat is dual-focused. You'll be elevating the presence of both our Founder's personal brand and the Upbeat Agency brand across various platforms.

You will craft engaging and strategic content that reflects the expertise of our founder and Upbeat Agency in performance marketing, e-commerce, lead generation, and paid advertising.


This role involves working closely with our founder to develop and execute a social media content strategy that amplifies their personal brand and our agency brand mainly on both LinkedIn and Twitter.


Your expertise in both the LinkedIn and Twitter platforms, including analytics, algorithms, posting types, follower growth strategies, and traffic generation, will be pivotal in driving the success of our personal branding and agency branding efforts.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy: Formulate a comprehensive content strategy for personal and agency branding across our blog and social media channels.

Research: Conduct in-depth research to gather data and insights that support the content creation process within the chosen content pillars.

Idea Generation: Generate creative and thought-provoking content ideas that align with industry trends, with a spotlight on the content pillars of general business, industry-specific topics (DTC marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce, and lead generation), and reactionary content, all while considering the entrepreneurial landscape.

Blog Writing: Write engaging, SEO-optimised blog content for the Upbeat Agency.

Social Media Management: Create compelling posts and manage Upbeat Agency's and our Founders brand across LinkedIn and Twitter.

Ghost writing: Create high-quality written content that reflects the founder's voice, including articles, posts, and comments, with a focus on thought leadership in performance marketing, e-commerce, lead generation, and paid advertising on both LinkedIn and Twitter.

Outreach: Craft outreach pieces for industry-related publications.

Audience Engagement and Community Building: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and participate in relevant discussions to build a strong online community and network. Identify and interact with influencers, industry leaders, and potential clients.

Lead Generation: Utilise LinkedIn and Twitter for lead generation activities, including leveraging LinkedIn's specific B2B capabilities. Track and report on leads generated through these platforms.

Analytics and Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of content and strategy. Produce regular reports on engagement, growth, and ROI, and use insights to refine strategies.

Social Media Platform Expertise: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the LinkedIn and Twitter platforms, including analytics, algorithms, posting types, follower growth strategies, and methods for driving traffic.

Collaboration with Marketing Team: Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive content strategy across all platforms. Work alongside SEO, graphic design, and video production teams for integrated content creation.

Staying Ahead of Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends, updates, and best practices on LinkedIn and Twitter. Experiment with new content formats and strategies to continually evolve the brand presence.

Experience and Skills

  • 3+ years' experience in B2B copywriting.
  • 3+ years' experience in creating B2B content for both LinkedIn and Twitter, with a strong portfolio demonstrating thought leadership in performance marketing, ecommerce, lead generation, and paid advertising across search and social, particularly within the chosen
